After more than ten years of development, the Logging Service Department of Shanghai Shenkai Petroleum Science & technology Co., Ltd, founded in 1995, presently has 8 comprehensive logging service teams serving the Sinopec Talimu Subsidiary Oilfield Company and Sinopec Northwest branch logging market, and 3 serving the Kazakstan logging market,.

With the predominance in the field of comprehensive logging unit manufacture, we have advanced equipments: 4 sets of CMS mud logging units and 3 sets of SK-2000C comprehensive logging units and 1 DrillByte comprehensive logging unit for domestic market; SK-2000FC comprehensive logging unit for overseas market. The company has introduced and cultivated a group of high quality logging personnel with reasonable and stable structure. Nowadays we have more than 100 logging service personnel, among which 25 have over middle professional title, 30 with primary professional title and 40 skilled workers.  Following the ISO9000 standard and paying attention to the health, safe and environment administration system (HSE), the logging service teams improve unceasingly the logging service quality and level. With the support of the company’s technology and equipment, the logging personnel has obtained outstanding achievements in the logging market home and abroad after ten years of long exploitation and development.

The Logging Department has undertaken the logging service assignments for more than 90 wells home and abroad. The logging data excellent rate for all project reaches 100%.; the excellent rate of well completion report reaches 100%; the emitting rate of oil and gas shows reaches 100%; the successful rate of forecast and discovery in time for project accidents reaches 100%.
Shenkai Logging Team One contributes to the discovery and development of Tahe oil field with its excellent logging service quality and it was awarded “Excellent Logging Team” by Sinopec Northwest Branch in 2004. From March 2005 to June 2006, Shenkai Logging Team One has completed successfully the comprehensive logging works for Tashen Well One, the deepest well in Asia, which reaches depth 8048 meters on completion
Through the effort of Shenkai logging personnel, Shenkai entered Kazakstan’s logging market and gets the affirmation of the cooperators and owners.
