(II) Mode of Maintenance:
Provide repair services at our factory and restoration service at the user¡¯s.
(III) Contents of Maintenance:
¡¡1.Repair services at our factory:
¡¡¡¡1>. Providing product check and maintenance services on a regular basis to ensure safety and reliability of the products;
¡¡¡¡2>. Repairing products, and replacing necessary bearing parts, non-bearing parts and rubber articles, etc;
¡¡¡¡3>. Providing product-related operating and servicing coaching and providing solutions to forming a complete set with the products;
¡¡¡¡4>. Providing qualification certification and quality files relative to the repair items, and providing three-month warranty for the items repaired.
¡¡2.Restoration service at the user¡¯s.
¡¡¡¡1>. Disassembling and cleaning according to specifications;
¡¡¡¡2>. Conducting relevant testing according to specifications or criteria;
¡¡¡¡3>. Testing sizes/dimensions of key parts/components, including nondestructive flaw detection and hardness testing, etc;
¡¡¡¡4>. Replacing or repairing defective components (including mechanical processing, welding and heat treatment of the components);
¡¡¡¡5>. Surface treatment, installation, pre-delivery testing and post-painting delivery for the equipment;
¡¡¡¡6>.The data and information of all the above processes will be recorded in detail. Qualification certification and quality files relative to the repair items will be provided. And six-month warranty for the items repaired will be repaired.
